The Sindh Higher Education Commission in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids electronically for the purchase of various computer and IT equipment for its office. This procurement includes six core i7 thirteenth-generation desktop computer setups, six twenty-three-inch LED monitors, three core i7 laptops, nine monochrome laser printers, six six-hundred-and-fifty-volt-ampere workstation power backup UPS systems, and one server room firewall unit. Interested firms must be registered and compliant with income tax, sales tax, and the Sindh Revenue Board. Bidders must also possess a valid professional tax certificate, five years of relevant public or autonomous sector experience, and meet a specific average financial turnover requirement. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. A physical bid security equivalent to five percent of the total quoted bid amount must be delivered in a separate sealed envelope before the closing time. The final deadline for electronic submission is precisely 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026.
