Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Executive Engineer, 3rd Buildings Division in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids from well-reputed firms and contractors for the Addition Alteration of Branches of DIG Establishment I & II at CPO Lahore. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, consisting of separate technical and financial proposals in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must possess a valid, renewed registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year alongside relevant specialization codes. The comprehensive scope of work encompasses specialized construction, addition, alteration, and civil infrastructure renovation works with an estimated total budget of 10,837,380 Rupees. All interested participants must submit a mandatory 2% bid security of the estimated cost. Completed electronic applications must be uploaded onto the online EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026, and the official bid opening will take place publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM.
