Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Department, 1st Buildings Division in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed single-stage, single-envelope tenders for the execution of multiple development schemes. The scope of work involves infrastructure upgrades, construction, and major repair works across various public facilities including government institutes, offices, and residential sectors within Lahore district. Interested contractors and engineering firms must be actively registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and the Income Tax Department. Bidding documents and detailed specifications can be acquired from the procurement office upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee up to the day before the closing deadline. Completed financial and technical proposals must be submitted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules by 1:00 PM on 08 June 2026, and will be publicly opened on the same day at 1:30 PM.
