Description / Scope of Work
The Government Special Education Centre, Sadar in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed technical and financial bids from reputable registered firms, general order suppliers, and manufacturers for the procurement of student welfare assets for the Financial Year 2026-27. The project scope is divided into two separate packages, which entail the procurement of customized student uniforms and shoes, alongside a variety of general store operational items. To ensure eligibility, participating vendors must maintain active registrations with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and hold active status on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Complete bidding documents containing itemized quantitative details, structural specifications, and contractual conditions can be obtained from the office of the Headmaster during standard working hours. Sealed single-stage, two-envelope proposals must be delivered to the institution no later than 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, where the technical bids will be publicly opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
