The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) in Faisalabad, Punjab invites electronic bids via the EPADS portal for execution of grid system construction and maintenance works under Tender No. 01/GSC/FESCO E-PADS/V0.2. The commercial scope of work across multiple lots includes structural earthworks, building foundations, and the high-voltage rewinding of critical infrastructure assets. Participating engineering firms and contractors must be formally registered and renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 under Specialization Code CE-10, maintain an active tax status with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and remain listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders must provide a valid bid security for each lot as detailed in the bidding files, uploaded directly to the online portal. Complete electronic proposals prepared under single-stage, single-envelope guidelines must be submitted online through the system before 11:30 AM on 04 June 2026, with public opening scheduled for 1:30 PM on the same day.
