The Metropolitan Corporation Lahore in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed item rate tenders under a single-stage one-envelope bidding framework for the comprehensive repair of civil works along Muharram-ul-Harram routes within the Data Gunj Bukhsh Zone. The specialized scope of physical engineering works involves the systematic execution of multiple infrastructural repairs, encompassing the dismantling of 238 cubic feet of old plain cement concrete, removal of associated construction debris up to five miles, and the subsequent providing and laying of 396 cubic feet of stone-product sub-base course alongside fresh cement concrete. Additional structural tasks involve repairing ten existing manholes, updating twenty-five gully gratings with perforated slabs, providing and fixing thirty precast reinforced cement concrete slabs, and dismantling twelve thousand square feet of old tuff tiles. Contractors will also be responsible for re-fixing seventy-two hundred square feet of old tuff tiles, laying forty-eight hundred square feet of new eighty-millimeter thick tuff tiles, and managing kerbstone paint works.
