The Military Engineer Services, CMES PAF Faisal in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for multiple structural repair, renovation, and maintenance works across various Pakistan Air Force facilities. The comprehensive scope of work consists of four major individual procurement categories including the repair and renovation of certain residential facilities valued at approximately 9.467 million Rupees, the provision of loose furniture for designated residential facilities estimated at 9.932 million Rupees, the complete rehabilitation of certain non-residential works at 9.900 million Rupees, and a term contract for water supply systems valued at 5.000 million Rupees. Interested engineering contractors must apply for tender document issuance by 01 June 2026. Eligible applicants must be actively registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, maintain a category B, C, or D 'No Limit' status with the MES or other government bodies, and provide a written statement verifying no active departmental litigation. Sealed technical and financial bids executed under the PPRA Rules 2004 must be manually delivered to the accepting office by 11:30 AM on 02 June 2026.
