Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from eligible engineering firms and road contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the large-scale rehabilitation and reconstruction of provincial highway infrastructure. The multi-lot civil works project comprises extensive asphalt overlaying, road widening, repair of drainage channels, and structural reinforcement of connecting bridges to improve regional traffic flow. All participating firms must possess a valid registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority, Federal Board of Revenue, and relevant active taxpayer registries. Technical and financial bids must be organized in strict compliance with the single-stage, two-envelope procedure guidelines. Final proposals, along with the required bid security as outlined in the bidding parameters, must be uploaded electronically via the EPADS portal before the formal closing time.
