Description / Scope of Work
The Panjnad Headworks Division of the Punjab Irrigation Department in Muzaffargarh, Punjab invites sealed e-bids from eligible engineering firms and builders registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and active on the e-PADS system for a major civil works development infrastructure project. The comprehensive scope of work entails the remodeling and protection of both the Left Marginal Bund (LMB) and Right Marginal Bund (RMB) of the Panjnad Headworks within critical structural reaches, operating under Development Project GS No. 5262 of the ADP 2025-26 cycle. The total estimated cost of this civil work stands at approximately 913.714 million Rupees. Participating contractors must maintain active registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue, Punjab Revenue Authority, and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Proposals will follow a single-stage, single-envelope competitive bidding procedure. All completed electronic offers alongside a mandatory uploaded five percent bid security totaling 45,685,710 Rupees must be securely submitted online via the designated e-PADS portal no later than 2:00 PM on 08 June 2026.
