The National Police Foundation Security Services in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders under the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure for the bulk supply of institutional uniform items and operational accessories. The procurement is structured into three distinct packages to fulfill the uniform needs of the security personnel. Package one requires the procurement of 4,000 sets of black uniforms, which includes shirts, trousers, peak caps, and socks, along with 2,000 jackets and jerseys. Package two covers uniform articles and accessories such as nylon belts, belt plates, security titles, chest badges, armbands, and flags, with a quantity of 4,000 pieces each. Package three demands 4,000 pairs of long shoes. Interested firms registered with relevant tax authorities can purchase the bidding documents on written application for a non-refundable fee of 2,000 Rupees, or download them directly from the official website. Completed technical and financial proposals, along with physical samples, must be hand-delivered to the office of the Purchase Officer and Additional Director Security no later than 11:00 AM on 01 June 2026.
