Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration Mastuj at Booni, KPK invites sealed electronic tenders from reputable and experienced manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. Financed through development funds allocated by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the scope of work involves the complete fabrication and supply of operational municipal equipment using vehicle chassis provided directly by the administration. Specifically, the procurement requires the assembly of two units of front-end loaders and backhoes for 4WD tractors, two units of 1.5 cubic meter mini tippers, and two units of specialized waste trolleys. To ensure eligibility, participating firms must hold active registrations for Income Tax and Sales Tax, possess valid and renewed Pakistan Engineering Council certificates, and maintain dedicated sales and service facilities within the province. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Technical proposals must be uploaded electronically through the portal by 12:00 PM on 03 June 2026, accompanied by a physical two percent bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt.
