Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the execution of high-grade civil infrastructure work comprising the repair and maintenance works (overlaying) of the Main Boulevard (Denim Road) situated within the Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate in Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. Financed under provincial infrastructure allocations, this civil engineering assignment will be executed under a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure strictly in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014. To establish standard eligibility, participating engineering contractors must maintain valid corporate registrations with the Pakistan Engineering Council in engineering category C-6 or above, specifically holding specialized engineering codes CE01 and CE10, alongside demonstrating verified past experience in successfully completing similar roadworks and overlay projects. Bidders must register and submit their complete separate technical and financial proposals via the electronic e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal no later than 3:00 PM on 08 June 2026. Submissions must be accompanied by a mandatory bid security deposit of 398,404 Rupees (representing 2% of the total estimated project budget) in the form of a bank guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, bank draft, or pay order drawn in favor of PIEDMC.
