Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for high-security and emergency infrastructure civil works comprising the construction of CCTV Rooms, a Machinery Store, and a Fire Brigade Station at the Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate in Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. Financed under provincial infrastructure development allocations, this public works engineering assignment will be executed under a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure strictly in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014. Prequalified engineering contractors must maintain valid corporate registrations with the Pakistan Engineering Council in engineering category C-6 or above, specifically holding specialized engineering codes CE10 and EE11, alongside demonstrating verified past corporate experience in completing similar civic facility structures. Bidders must register and submit separate technical and financial proposals via the electronic e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal no later than 3:00 PM on 10 June 2026, accompanied by a mandatory bid security deposit of 699,142 Rupees (representing 2% of the total estimated project budget) in the form of a bank guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt.
