The Punjab Highway Department in Chakwal, Punjab invites sealed electronic tenders through the provincial e-tendering system from prequalified engineering firms and highway contractors for high-value road infrastructure rehabilitation works. The technical scope of work comprises the comprehensive Rehabilitation of the Sarai Chowk to Arra Rawal Road (spanning a total length of 38.20 Kilometers in District Chakwal), specifically focusing on Part-I asphalt surfacing, professional highway lane marking, and the technical installation of cat eyes. Financed under provincial development budget allocations, the massive project carries an estimated engineering budget of 849.423 million Rupees. Participating contractors must maintain a valid corporate registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant engineering category codes and be registered on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority e-procurement platform. Bidders must upload separate technical and financial bids online via the designated portal no later than 01:30 PM on 03 June 2026, accompanied by a mandatory 2% earnest money deposit valued at 16.988 million Rupees in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt issued in favor of the Executive Engineer Highway Division, Chakwal.
