The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) in Punjab invites sealed electronic bids through the EPADS platform for the massive multi-divisional solarization of water supply schemes under the flagship Model Villages (Misali Gaon) Program. This public infrastructure project involves the comprehensive supply, installation, commissioning, testing, training, and net-metering of high-capacity solar power systems across various administrative divisions including Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Dera Ghazi Khan, and Multan. Prequalified engineering contractors must maintain valid registrations with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the current fiscal year and hold an active certificate as an Authorized Enlisted Vendor/Installer issued by the Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB), being listed under its official directory of registered installers. Estimated lot costs range widely up to 190.54 million Rupees with fixed bid securities allocated per division, such as 5.00 million Rupees for Rawalpindi and 4.00 million Rupees for DG Khan. All technical and financial bidding compliance frameworks must be systematically managed and submitted online via the designated Punjab e-procurement portal.
