The Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed bids from experienced contractors and firms for managing the disposal of industrial effluent at the Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate. This specialized service contract is initially offered for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension for an additional year based on satisfactory performance. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, appear on the Active Taxpayers List, and demonstrate relevant experience in handling similar operations. The procurement process follows a single-stage one-envelope basis under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All bidding documentation must be signed, stamped, and uploaded online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. A mandatory bid security of 398,191 Rupees, which represents 2% of the estimated project cost, must be attached digitally and delivered in original to the Chief Engineer office before the submission deadline of 3:00 PM on 04 June 2026.
