The Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids from all eligible and registered bidders for the procurement and installation of LEDs TV for the Ayes and Noes Lobbies. This public government procurement operates under a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 via the E-PADS framework. The designated scope involves supplying, integrating, and commissioning high-quality LED television units within the designated assembly lobbies, carrying a total estimated project cost of six million five hundred thousand Rupees. All interested firms must possess active registrations with relevant tax departments, maintain an active taxpayer status, and satisfy specific past contract evaluation criteria. A fixed refundable bid security amounting to three hundred twenty-five thousand Rupees must be officially processed and submitted to the Admin branch. Full bid compilation and electronic document uploads must be completed through the online portal no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
