The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Govt. Said Mitha Teaching Hospital in Lahore, Punjab invites competitive electronic bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for multi-category healthcare logistics and clinical supply systems. The procurement framework features two high-priority packages managed exclusively via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) portal. Package 1 covers the Prequalification and Walk-In Registration of Vendors for the decentralized local purchase and daily delivery of essential medicines and surgical disposables managed through the online PITB portal. Package 2 establishes an annual Framework Contract for the Bulk Purchase of medical X-Ray Films and Radiographic Processing Chemicals. Participating pharmaceutical distributors, general order suppliers, and medical vendors must be registered on the e-PADS network and hold a valid taxpayer status.
