Description / Scope of Work
Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), a public sector specialized financial institution, invites sealed competitive bids for renting out vacant surplus commercial office space at its central corporate headquarters. The real estate leasing procurement covers approximately 10,000 square feet of vacant corporate space located on the 7th Floor of the Annex Building at the ZTBL Head Office, Zero Point, Islamabad. Registered corporate firms, commercial entities, and licensed property brokers or real estate dealers are eligible to participate in the competitive bidding process to secure tenancy. If participating, property dealers must explicitly submit their professional service fee schedules inclusive of all applicable provincial and federal taxes alongside the primary commercial bid. Official Terms of Reference (TORs) and bidding documentation can be acquired against a non-refundable cash payment of 1,000 Rupees from the Building & Works Department at the main building. Final sealed tenancy offers must be physically delivered to the Jamil Nishtar Auditorium before 11:00 AM on 05 June 2026, with public opening scheduled immediately thereafter at 11:30 AM.
