Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Director, Shahdadpur Institute of Medical Sciences in Shahdadpur, Sindh invites electronic sealed bids for the high-value procurement of machinery, equipments, medical instruments, and furniture & fixture lots. Executed under the strict guidelines of Rule 46-2 Single Stage Two Envelops Procedure for the ongoing financial year, this comprehensive medical institution upgrade is open to qualified suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors who maintain an active status on the Active Taxpayers List of either the FBR or SBR. Eligible participants must download bidding documents, complete their digital registrations, and upload all technical and financial proposals exclusively through the electronic E-PAK Acquisition & Disposable System portal. Manual submissions will be rejected. Bidders must also provide a mandatory five percent bid security allocation alongside a three thousand Rupee document fee, ensuring all original instruments reach the procuring agency physically before the final submission deadline capped at 1:00 PM on 02 June 2026.
