Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Custom Enforcement, Gadani (Pakistan Customs) has reserved funds for the procurement of goods planned for FY 2025-26 and invites eligible bidders to submit e-bids for the supply of dry and perishable ration items. This procurement is part of a larger initiative to cover eligible payments under a contract for supply of ration items to the Collectorate of Custom Enforcement, Gadani. The procurement will be conducted through the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPAD5 v2.0) in Balochistan province, with detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements available on the online platform.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding documentation. Bidders are required to furnish a Bid Security Declaration if bid security is not required by the Procuring Agency. Single Stage-One Envelope Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique will be used in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant regulations issued by the Authority from time to time. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPAD5 v2.0.
Bidders are required to register on EPAD5 v2.0 on or before Friday, May 22, 2026 at 09:00 AM. E-bids will be opened using EPAD5 v2.0 on the same day at Friday, May 22, 2026 at 09:00 AM. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPAD5) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Unregistered vendors can register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ with assistance from the Grievance Redressal Committee as notified under Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
