Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination invites sealed bids for hiring non-consulting janitorial services under the World Bank-funded National Health Support Project for Ensuring Universal Health Coverage in Federating Areas. This procurement is referenced as No.22-2/2026/DD-IV/P&D/CPS and covers janitorial services in Islamabad and Federal areas. Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-PADS system, possess income tax registration, and maintain an active taxpayers list status with FBR. Unregistered bidders may register online at https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. The tender follows open competitive bidding methodology in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a bank draft or demand draft payable to the Project Director NHSP is required with bid submission. All bids must be submitted through e-PADS; manual submissions will not be accepted. Quotations should include all applicable local taxes, duties, insurance, transportation costs, fees, demurrages, and other mandatory services with segregated taxes. Bid validity must extend at least ninety days from submission date. Bids will be opened at the M/o NHSR&C Committee Room, 3rd Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad on the scheduled date in the presence of suppliers or their representatives.
