Description / Scope of Work
Government Graduate College for Women, Model Town, Lahore invites open competitive bids for the procurement of printing services for college prospectus for the year 2026. This standard bidding document governs the tender process under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2022. The bidding process is conducted online through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) platform as per PPRA guidelines, with bids downloadable from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk without any participation fee.
Eligible bidders must be registered individuals, incorporated companies, firms, suppliers, distributors, or associations operating in Pakistan with relevant business experience in sales or supply business. Bidders must possess valid registrations including General Sales Tax (GST), National Tax Number (NTN), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and professional tax registration. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must not be involved in pending litigation before the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bid security is mandatory and shall be submitted in favour of the Principal, Govt. Graduate College for Women, Model Town, Lahore. All bids must be accompanied by tender forms, affidavits, and mandatory supporting documents uploaded through EPADS.
The original bid security must be physically submitted at the office of the Principal, Govt. Graduate College for Women, Model Town, Lahore on or before 11:00 AM on 04.06.2026. Technical bids shall be publicly opened through EPADS on the same day at 12:00 PM. Following technical evaluation and approval, financial bids of technically accepted bidders will be opened publicly at an announced time, date, and venue. The lowest evaluated bidder shall be awarded the contract.
