Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Tando Allahyar invites sealed bids for eight infrastructure development schemes under a One Stage Single Envelope procurement procedure. The projects involve construction of paver blocks and CC (cement concrete) blocks at various villages and places within the limits and jurisdiction of District Tando Allahyar, Sindh Province. The total estimated cost for each scheme is 2.0 million rupees, with a completion period of 12 months. All eight schemes are identical in scope and contract value, offering multiple opportunities for qualified contractors to participate in this district development initiative.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board in accordance with rule 46-1(II) of SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019). Each bid must be accompanied by 5% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit or Pay Order in favor of District Council TandoAllahyar. Tender fee of rupees 5000 per scheme is non-refundable and must be submitted with the bid. Incomplete or conditionally submitted bids shall not be entertained. Bidders are required to download blank bid documents from the EPADS portal of Sppra Website.
Bids must be submitted online through EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction System) by 10:00 AM on 08-06-2026. Tender opening will take place at 10:30 AM on the same date in the presence of the Procurement Committee and contractors on the EPADS Website. In case of unforeseen circumstances, tender submission and opening may be rescheduled to 23-06-2026 at 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM respectively, with all terms and conditions remaining unchanged.
