Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Bhakkar invites electronic bids through e-PADS from companies, firms and individuals registered with e-PADS under PPRA Punjab for the procurement of furniture items including office tables, computer tables, sofas, revolving chairs, office chairs, presiding chairs, side/book racks and litigant benches. The total estimated cost is Rs. 42,12,620 and the scope covers supply of various furniture items with specified quantities to support the judiciary operations in Bhakkar, Punjab. The procurement is conducted under the prevailing PPRA Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and General Sales Tax, and possess active status with e-PADS. Each tender shall follow a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014. All bids, both technical and financial, must be submitted electronically through e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Bid security of Rs. 2,10,631 (5% of total estimated cost) is mandatory and must be submitted in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order in favour of District & Sessions Judge, Bhakkar. The original bid security must also be physically submitted to the Senior Accountant, Sessions Courts, Bhakkar up to the tender closing time.
Bidding documents in English are available for download without fee from the websites of PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and e-PADS (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). All bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS by 09-06-2026 until 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
