Description / Scope of Work
Headquarters Commander West, a Pakistan Navy unit located at Jabl e Nooh in Gwadar, Balochistan, invites quotations from reputed, GST professional tax registered contractors, firms, and transporters for the provision of conservancy services during the financial year 2026-27. This tender is being conducted according to PPRA Rules 2004 and is open to eligible service providers seeking to undertake cleaning and maintenance operations at the naval facility. The scope of work encompasses conservancy services required at the headquarters location throughout the fiscal year, supporting operational readiness and facility management standards of the naval installation.
Eligible bidders must be GST professional tax registered contractors or firms with proven experience in conservancy and maintenance services. Prospective bidders are required to obtain tender documents by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 (Rupees Three Thousand only) during working hours from 0900 to 1300 hours within fifteen days of advertisement publication. Tender documents with detailed specifications and requirements can be collected from the Store Office at COMWEST, PNS Akram, Jabl e Nooh, Gwadar, or from the HQ Coastal Liaison Office at PN Dockyard, Karachi. Shortlisted bidders will be required to obtain security clearance from respective Naval authorities as per established procedures, and all government taxes shall be deducted according to rules in vogue.
Quotations must be submitted by 10 June 2026 at 1000 hours at HQ COMWEST, PNS Akram. All quotations will be publicly opened in the presence of bidder representatives on 10 June 2026 at 1100 hours.
