State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites e-bids from authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors with over 25 years of relevant experience in civil renovation works of corporate buildings and services rendered to Federal Government, Sindh Government organizations, banks, and multinational companies for the rehabilitation, renovation, and architectural face lifting of Block 6 and Block 7 at State Life Building No. 92, Lipton Road, Lahore, Punjab. The project encompasses comprehensive restoration and modernization works to enhance the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of these heritage commercial buildings located in Lahore's business district. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and possess proper office, telephone number, NTN, and GST registration. Firms must be listed on FMLS and maintain FBR standing on the Active Taxpayers List with CSR of 5 and above. The tender is issued under single-stage two-envelope bidding system with technical and financial evaluation procedures. Bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-PADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk and State Life website at www.statelife.com.pk. The advertisement is also published on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS on or before 16-06-2026 at 11:00 am, with technical bids opened on the same day at 11:30 am at the specified address. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in PKR amount of 450,000 for Lot A and 650,000 for Lot B in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan.
