Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a federal organisation based in Lahore, Pakistan, invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of plug valve lubricants and ball valve sealants under Tender Enquiry No. SNT-2304/25. This procurement is critical for the company's pipeline operations and maintenance requirements. The tender is issued from the Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, and covers supply and delivery of specified lubricants and sealant products essential for valve operations across the company's gas distribution infrastructure.
Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and hold valid tax registration certificates. Technical and financial proposals are required to be submitted separately in a single package containing two sealed envelopes. Bids will be evaluated on a single stage two envelope system, with technical proposals opened first and assessed against specified technical requirements and qualifications. A bid bond equivalent to the prescribed percentage of the bid value, submitted in original form as per Annexure-II, is mandatory. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall not be opened. Bids must be submitted in accordance with tender instructions including completion of questionnaires and technical specifications detailed in Appendix-D and Appendix-F respectively.
Bid documents are available from the Procurement Department of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited at 1st Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Sealed bids must be received on or before 13-11-2025 at 1430 hours and will be publicly opened the same date at 1500 hours. Offers must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date and be based on free delivery at Faisalabad-I.
