HQ 2 Division, Gwa Cantt invites sealed tenders for the upgrade of miscellaneous operations facilities on accounts of ailment of DWs for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is open to reputed firms registered with Sales Tax and NTN, maintaining active FBR department registration, and not blacklisted by the Government. The rate quoted will remain valid until 30 June 2026, ensuring cost stability for the project duration. Tenders must be submitted by 3 June 2026 at 11:59 AM and will be opened the same day at 12:29 PM in the presence of the contractor or their authorized representative who may attend if desired.
Eligible bidders must possess valid Sales Tax and NTN registration with an active FBR department and must not be blacklisted by any government authority. Contractors and authorized representatives are permitted to attend the tender opening ceremony. The accepting officer reserves full discretion to accept or reject any tender submission on technical or administrative grounds as per Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2024.
