Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Main Campus, located on University Road in Karachi, Sindh, invites quotations for the provision and supply of HP compatible toners under Reference RFQ-003755-11467. This procurement encompasses a comprehensive range of toner cartridges for multiple HP printer models including CP5225 (307A series in cyan, magenta, black, and yellow), M554DN (212A series in cyan, magenta, black, and yellow), M150NW (119A series in cyan, magenta, yellow, and black), and various other HP printer models such as HP 227, 3015, 1536, 400, 1102, 2035, 2055, 5700dn, 125, 127, 225dn, 700, M712, and 4303FDW. The total procurement includes 27 line items with quantities ranging from 2 to 10 units per item, for a total of approximately 156 toner cartridges. All toners must be HP compatible with universal chip technology and subject to approval by IBA as per sample requirements. Delivery location is the Stores facility at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi.
Eligibility criteria and specific bid security requirements are to be obtained from the Purchase Department at IBA Main Campus. Bidders must ensure that all toner cartridges are compatible with the specified HP printer models and equipped with universal chips as detailed in the technical specifications. Sample submission and approval by IBA is mandatory for contract award, and all supplies must meet the quality standards outlined in the tender documentation.
