Description / Scope of Work
Garrison Engineer (Army) Abbottabad invites applications from qualified contractors for pre-qualification and issuance of tender documents for two major works packages in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The first work package comprises seepage and roof treatment, construction and repair works, renovation and maintenance of residential and non-residential facilities, re-carpeting of roads, and extension of services at various military installations in Abbottabad, Shinkiari, and Haveliain. The second package involves supply of bazar materials including E&M and B&R items and provision of stores for RTEs and TC/DC facilities of Garrison Engineer Abbottabad. Estimated costs are available in the tender documents and shall be finalized as per cost shown on tender documents.
All applicants must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories A, B, C, D, or E, with relevant experience in similar works. Contractors must submit certificates confirming no involvement in litigation with government departments and no outstanding inspection reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Complete credentials and application documents must accompany submissions as specified. Tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified and scrutinized contractors meeting the specified technical and financial conditions required for the job scope and area.
Applications must be submitted by 1130 hours on 08 June 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same day. Interested contractors may obtain further details from Garrison Engineer (Army) Abbottabad between 0800 and 1500 hours on working days. Bid documents, application procedures, and payment modalities shall follow PPRA Rules and guidelines. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
