Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways Divisional Office Multan invites sealed tenders and open auction bids for the procurement of trees and steel benches. The tender comprises two auction lots: six Sheeshan and Kikar trees from IOW/DGK Section in Multan scheduled for auction on 01 June 2026 at 12:00 hours, and sixteen Sufeda and Shisham trees from IOW/MZG Section. Additionally, sealed tenders are invited for steel benches (3 Seater Globel or Equivalent, approximately 32kg, 10 numbers) and repair and maintenance services for Tractor MNG-148 (375 Miles) available at IOW/BH/KOL. The tender opening for benches and tractor maintenance will take place on 09 June 2026 at 12:00 hours at the DAO Office in Multan, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities (NTN and GST) and shall submit bid security of 2% of the earnest money deposit along with Rs. 30,000 earnest money from a scheduled bank in favour of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Multan. Tender documents are available for purchase from the DS Office (Traffic Store Branch PR Multan) at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 1,000 per set of auction forms. Tender form fees are Rs. 2,000 per set, obtainable up to 01 June 2026. Written requests for tender forms must be submitted on letterhead with NIC and GST documentation by 08 June 2026.
Bid documents should be submitted to the Committee Room at DS Office Multan by the specified closing date. All earnest money deposits must include applicable taxes.
