Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of jogging track and stroller track at Creek Vista in Phase-VIII, DHA Karachi, Sindh. This project falls under PFC Category C6 and Above with specification code CE-10, with a tender fee of Rs 2,000. The scope of work encompasses repair and maintenance activities to restore and upkeep the recreational tracks serving the residential community in Karachi. The project represents an important infrastructure maintenance initiative to ensure continued availability and safety of community recreational facilities.
Qualified firms with experience in similar nature of projects and valid PFC registration for the year 2025-26 are eligible to participate. Bidders must possess proven experience of similar repair and maintenance works. Sealed bids on single stage one envelope procedure are invited from registered contractors meeting the specified criteria and eligibility requirements.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Director D&C PDOHA at Head Office, 2-B East Street Phase-1 DHA Karachi-75500, from 21 May 2026 on submission of written request and payment of bid document fee through a pay order in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi. Sealed financial bids along with proof of similar works experience must be delivered to the D&C Directorate on or before 1430 hours on 03 June 2026, with financial proposal opening at 1500 hours the same day.
