Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Kot Addu invites bids from firms and consultants approved and registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for the supply of printed A-4 bill forms with data printing and distribution of consumer bills with acknowledgment and geo-location tagging for WASA Kot Addu, Punjab. The estimated bid cost is 4.16 million rupees, with an earnest money requirement of 0.0833 million. This procurement will be executed through the e-PADS platform of PPRA, ensuring transparent and regulated procurement processes in compliance with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
Participating firms must be registered with SECP, FBR, and PRA and possess relevant experience in the field. Bid security is mandatory in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, pay order, demand draft, or banker's cheque favouring the Deputy Director (Engg.) WASA Kot Addu for an amount of 0.0832 million, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. The bid validity period is 120 days, and contractors must provide valid NTN and PRA certificates for the financial year 2025-26. All bids must be submitted in PDF format through e-PADS, and hard copies will not be accepted.
Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted on or before 05-06-2026 at 01:00 noon, with opening scheduled for the same day at 01:30 PM on e-PADS. Single-stage two-envelope procedures will be followed.
