Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University Islamabad (Sahiwal Campus) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of 04 ton inverter floor standing air conditioning units under tender reference CUI/SWL/Procurement/FY 25-26/45/228. This is a goods procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2025-26 and will be conducted at the Sahiwal campus located on Comsats Road, off G.T Road, in Sahiwal district, Punjab province.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 platform on or before June 8, 2026 at 01:00 PM. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of pay order, call deposit, or demand draft as specified in the bidding document, or alternatively furnish a bid securing declaration if not required by the procuring agency. The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, and all requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System website at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
Electronic bids will be opened on June 8, 2026 at 01:30 PM through EPADS v2.0, and manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Prospective vendors who have not yet registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may do so by visiting https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and following the registration tutorial available on YouTube.
