Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Muzaffargarh invites sealed bids from approved and registered firms and consultants to supply printed A4 bill forms with data printing and distribution of consumer bills complete with acknowledgment incorporating geo location tagging. The project is valued at 9.191 million Pakistani rupees with an earnest money requirement of 0.184 million. This procurement notice is issued for organizations registered with the PPRA (Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority) and operating in Punjab province.
Bidders must be approved and registered by the PPRA Government of Punjab and possess experience in the relevant field along with mandatory registration with SECP, FBR, and PRA. The bid security in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, pay order, demand draft, or banker's cheque must be submitted in favor of Deputy Director (Engineering) WASA Muzaffargarh for the amount of 0.184 million representing 2% of the estimated cost. All bids must be uploaded in soft form on the e-PADS portal with original copies submitted physically at WASA Head Office, XEN Public Health Engineering Office, Mehmood Kot Road, Behari Colony Muzaffargarh before the opening time. The bid validity period is 120 days.
Bids must be submitted through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority e-PADS system (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) in a single stage two envelope format by 11:00 AM on 08-06-2026, with opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Bidders should obtain detailed tender documents and terms from the PPRA website and follow all procurement procedures as per PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
