Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) invites sealed bids from well-established, experienced and financially sound furniture manufacturers for the procurement of furniture for three laboratories and nine offices of the Research and Allied (R&AI) Department at NUST H-12 Campus Islamabad. The complete procurement shall be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) using a single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-Procurement on the e-PADS portal to participate in this tender.
To qualify, bidders must be well-established and experienced furniture manufacturers with sound financial standing, duly registered with PPRA for e-Procurement. A tender processing fee of PKR 5,000 must be submitted in original form at the time of technical bid opening as a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of NUST SGI Account, NUSTH-12 Islamabad. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS system in accordance with the prescribed schedule and procedures outlined in the tender documents.

Sealed bids must be submitted on 11 June 2026 at 1100 hours, with opening scheduled for 1130 hours on the same day. NUST reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance under Public Procurement Rules 2004.
