Description / Scope of Work
The Dir Irrigation Division invites electronic bids from approved contractors for the construction of flood protection works in Upper and Lower Dir districts under ADP No.2123/250802. The project comprises six sub-works with a combined estimated cost of approximately Rs. 486 million, including construction of flood protection structures along both sides of Panjkora River from Shalpalam to Andherai Khwar and its tributaries, flood protection works at Maidan khwar and its tributaries, and flood protection structures at multiple locations including Byar, Barikot, Pathrak, Salool, Sheringle, Darora, Bibyawer, Dir Nullah, Nehag Khwar and Kaaro Khwar in reaches of District Dir Upper and Lower. The project aims to provide flood mitigation and protection to communities in the Dir region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligible bidders must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2025-26 in category C and above with specialization codes CE-04, CE-04(11) or CE-04(VII), be registered with KPRA, and maintain active NTN registration with FBR. Bidders are required to submit earnest money or bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) issued by scheduled banks in favor of the Executive Engineer. All required documents including BOQ with rates, CNIC, valid PEC license with relevant codes, valid enlistment, active KPRA registration certificate, and active FBR status must be uploaded through the EPADS portal.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk before the closing date and time of 11 June 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 2:30 PM on the same date. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the KPPRA website at www.irrigation.gkp.pk or the EPADS portal. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 4 June 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer. Hard copies of bid security CDRs must be submitted before the closing date.
