Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), through its Director Development Central office located at NTC Exchange Building Kalma Chowk Garden Town Lahore, invites electronic bids for two major lots of renovation and electrical works in Punjab. Lot-I comprises renovation works and replacement of the roof slab at NTC Microwave Station Johrabad. Lot-II involves supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air conditioning units at NTC Telephone Exchange Punjab Civil Secretariat Lahore and NTC Exchange at Microwave Station Johrabad, together with associated electrical works at NTC Telephone Exchange Punjab Civil Secretariat Lahore. These projects are critical infrastructure improvements for NTC's telecommunications facilities across Lahore and Johrabad. The tender is advertised with reference number Dir (Dev)-C/ADV-05/2025-26 and will be processed through the EPADS electronic procurement platform.
Eligible bidders must meet NTC's prescribed qualification criteria including relevant experience, financial capacity, technical capability and proper registration. Bidders are required to submit a bid security as specified in the tender documents, typically in the form of a bank guarantee or demand draft. All bidders must provide evidence of their financial standing and previous experience in similar construction and electromechanical installation projects. Submission of a Declaration of Beneficial Owner Information is mandatory for all participating contractors.
Bid documents are available through EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk where bidders can download all tender schedules including Bills of Quantity, Commercial Compliance Statements, Bid Security formats and Performance Bond requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal before the deadline of 15 June 2026. Bid opening will take place as per the timeline specified in the tender notice.
