Description / Scope of Work
National Telecommunication Corporation, an official IT and Telecom Services Provider of the Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from reputable firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax, as well as Punjab Sales Tax (PST), for two renovation and installation projects. The first work involves renovation, repair, and replacement of roof slab at the NTC Microwave Station in Joharabad, Kalmia Chowk Garden Town area of Lahore, Punjab. The second package comprises supply and installation of air conditioning units at NTC Civil Section Lahore, including electrical works, and a separate MW Station project in Joharabad. Both projects are located in Lahore and fall under the Director Development Central NTC Lahore division.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess experience in similar construction, renovation, and electromechanical installation works. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADs (Electronic Procurement and Auction Distribution System) and must comply with all applicable regulations, including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements as outlined in the bidding documents available on the EPAD portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Bid documents are available on the EPAD system at www.eprocure.gov.pk, and bidders must submit their electronic bids on or before the closing date and time of 15 June 2026 at 10:30 hours. The bid opening will take place on the same date at 11:00 hours. Bidders should note that Rule 48 of PPRA rules, 2004, applies to this procurement.
