Surgical Disposable and Anesthesia Supplies Procurement by DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat

DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat invites sealed electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for the procurement of medical supplies during fiscal year 2026-2027. The procurement encompasses two main categories: surgical disposable and medical supplies with a bid security of Rs. 200,000, and anesthesia or operating theatre items with a bid security of Rs. 100,000. All suppliers, vendors, and firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and hold a valid Drug Sale License under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Drug Sales Rules 1982 as amended in 2017. The procurement shall be conducted in accordance with rule 6(2)(a) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring transparent and competitive bidding processes for healthcare facility requirements in Kohat, KPK.

Eligible bidders must possess current registration with tax authorities and maintain valid drug sale licensing credentials as specified under provincial regulations. Bid security instruments must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipts in original format. All bids must include properly scanned copies of supporting documents uploaded through E-PADS. Bidders are required to quote specific brand names of items only, with quotations specifying manufacturing details not being acceptable for consideration. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under Rule 47 of the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.

Bidding documents containing comprehensive terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available to registered bidders on the E-PADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted by June 10, 2026, before 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Approved rates shall remain valid until June 30, 2027, under KPPRA Rule 31(A) for framework agreements. Bidders must submit product samples for evaluation and quality verification by the hospital committee, and all documentation must be attested copies uploaded alongside electronic submissions.
