Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division, Haripur, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids through the E-PAD system for the construction and rehabilitation of water supply and sanitation schemes across northern districts of KPK for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement includes 44 separate projects covering water supply schemes, tube well installations, sanitation infrastructure, pipeline replacements, and rehabilitation works in districts including Haripur, Khanpur, and Ghazi. The combined estimated cost of all schemes ranges from approximately 500 million to 119.9 million Pakistani rupees per individual project, with total bid security requirements set at two percent of the estimated cost. Projects are categorized under PEC category C-6 and C-5, requiring eligible contractors registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority to participate. Bidders must submit complete documentation including technical and financial bids, general capability certificates, financial soundness proof, relevant work experience records, equipment lists, and tax clearance certificates. Bid security and additional security deposits must be submitted as per KPPRA notification guidelines. Tender form fees range from 193 to 8137 Pakistani rupees depending on project size. The last date for submission of bids is 18 June 2026 at 12 noon, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
