Description / Scope of Work
The Irrigation Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed competitive bids for an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract related to irrigation system development and water management infrastructure. The project is estimated at approximately 0.180 million to 1.000 million rupees, with scope encompassing design, supply, installation and commissioning of irrigation equipment and related works. The contract shall be executed in accordance with the standard bidding documents as prescribed under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and departmental regulations.
Bidders must possess valid PPRA Rules 2004 registration, appropriate engineering licenses, and proof of relevant prior experience in similar EPC projects or irrigation works. Bid security equivalent to 2.5 percent of the estimated project cost is mandatory. All bidders are required to submit original tax clearance certificates, bank solvency certificates, and documentation establishing capability to mobilize resources and execute works within the stipulated timeframe. Sole proprietors and partnership concerns must demonstrate organisational capacity through audited financial statements and technical credentials.
Bid documents are obtainable from the office of the Executive Engineer upon application with fee payment as notified. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before the closing date of 4 June 2026, with technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes. Bids will be opened on the specified date in the presence of bidders' representatives.
