Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (PMU-TDCP) invites sealed e-tenders for the establishment of a tourist resort and eco-friendly park at Head Mandi, District Salet in Punjab province. The estimated project cost is PKR 617,297,936 with a bid security of PKR 30,890,944, and the contract duration is 12 months. This procurement aims to develop tourism infrastructure in the region through a structured and transparent bidding process managed via the Pakistan Automated Tendering Information System (e-ADS). Eligible participants must be registered firms with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and hold valid Functional Licensing documents. All bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in tourism development, hotel construction, or park development projects completed within the last five years. The bid security is mandatory and must accompany each submission. Bids will be opened on the same day as submission at 13:00 PM at the PMU-TDCP office in 68-Trade Center Block, M.A. Johar Town, Lahore. Bid documents are available on the e-ADS portal (https://www.punjab.procure.gov.pk) and the PPRA website, with comprehensive requirements and specifications detailed in the tender packages issued under PPRA Regulations 2024. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 19, 2025 at 1000 hours at the Conference Room of PMU-TDCP. Contractors must submit certifications confirming registration status, good standing with tax authorities, and completion of projects of similar scope and value. All submissions must be made electronically through e-ADS, and responsive bids will be evaluated according to PPRA Regulations 2024. The PMU-TDCP reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
