Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (PMU-TDCP) invites bids from well-reputed firms registered on e-PADS for the establishment of new terminals and revamping of existing terminals to provide sightseeing bus service in Punjab, with one terminal located in Lahore under Package-2. The project is valued at PKR 51.394 million with a time limit of six months for completion. This procurement aims to enhance tourism infrastructure and passenger experience across Punjab's major cities through modern, well-equipped terminal facilities. The eligible Professional Engineer Category / Codes are C-5 and above (CE-01, CE-09, CE-10).
Bidders must be registered on e-PADS as per Regulations 7(1) of PPRA regulations with valid PEC license in relevant category, active NTN and PRA credentials, and at least two years of completed projects in the public sector demonstrating similar nature or above the general value of civil works. A bid security of PKR 2.570 million in the form of CDR or unconditional bank guarantee is required. All contractors must submit certificates of non-blacklisting from PPRA and TDCP along with valid certificates of registration, CNIC copies, PEC licenses, and evidence of past project completions at the time of bid submission.
Bidding documents are available on e-PADS at www.punjab.eproc.gov.pk and from the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 19, 2026 at 1200 hours at the Conference Room, PMU-TDCP, 68-Trade Center Block, M.A Johar Town, Lahore. Bidders must submit e-bids through e-PADS in PDF format before the closing date of June 3, 2026.
