Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT equipment and hardware to accelerate Punjab's digital infrastructure project. The tender comprises two main components: procurement of IT equipment including GPU Server L20, GPU Server H200, and GPU Server H6X with a total estimated cost of 980 million Pakistani rupees; and procurement of AI-enabled data center infrastructure, networking, security, IT facility setup including hardware, software, power, cooling, and allied services on a turnkey basis for a project implemented by PITB, estimated at 600 million rupees with total bid security of 12 million rupees fixed. The project scope encompasses comprehensive data center establishment with all necessary infrastructure components located in Punjab.
Bidders must comply with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and single-stage envelope bidding procedure. All bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted in complete conformity with tender conditions. Bidders are required to register on the E-PADS (E-Procurement and Disposal System) portal before submission, and all uploads must be completed before the submission deadline. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or treasury challan. Incomplete bids, those not signed and stamped, or submitted by unauthorized representatives will be rejected.
Tender documents are available for download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk at no cost. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal with the deadline of 1100 hours on 17 June 2026, and bids will be opened at 1130 hours the same day. For technical and financial clarifications, bidders should contact PITB at 1248. All bidders are advised to ensure timely upload on the E-PADS portal and note that PITB shall not be responsible for any portal-related issues.
