Description / Scope of Work
The Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Rajanpur invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers for the purchase of furniture during the financial year 2025-26 (up to 30 June 2026). The procurement covers tables, chairs, benches, revolving chairs, sofas and related furniture items with an estimated tender amount of Rs. 26,03,900. This furniture procurement is being undertaken for the judicial office located in Rajanpur, Punjab, to support the operations and facilities of the civil division court.
Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, or recognized suppliers meeting the eligibility criteria specified in the tender document. A bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 1,30,195, is required from all participating bidders. The tender follows the Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 as amended from time to time.

Electronic bids must be submitted via e-PADS by 10:00 a.m. on 09 June 2026. The bid opening will be conducted publicly at 11:00 a.m. on 09 June 2026 at the office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Rajanpur in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
