Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Garh Maharaja invites sealed bids for construction and repair works including soling, re-tuff tile PCC, earth filling, dust stone, and manhole cover installation under the E-PADS E-Tendering system in Punjab. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 and is open to all eligible contractors, firms, and manufacturers registered with PPRA. Bidders are required to submit bids electronically through the official E-PADS portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) by 11:00 AM PST on the closing date of 08.06.2026. Bid security must be provided in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favour of Municipal Committee Garh Maharaja.
Eligibility requirements mandate that all participating contractors must be registered with PPRA and E-PADS to participate in the open E-Tendering system. Procurement shall strictly follow PPRA Rules 2014 as amended to date. Bidders whose bids are more than 5 percent below the detailed notice inviting tender must deposit the difference amount as quality assurance security within 15 days after bid opening. False information, fake CDR, or fraudulent deposit slips will result in disqualification as per PPRA Rules, and recommendations will be made against the firm to PEC and PPRA for blacklisting and appropriate action.

Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM PST on 08.06.2026 in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of Municipal Committee Garh Maharaja.
