A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders for the construction of AL Ghazni Road Chashma (Manual) work in Punjab. The estimated cost of the project is PKR 1,457,209M with a tender fee of PKR 10,000. Bidders must be security-wise cleared and enlisted and prequalified with the relevant Department. Eligibility requires that interested contractors possess the necessary credentials and clearances as specified in the tender documentation. A bid security equivalent to 1% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR or Bank Guaranty from scheduled banks of Pakistan. If any bidder opts to submit bank guaranty, it must carry an expiry date of at least 6 months from the date of opening. The bid security should be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope along with the tender documents, clearly marked with the name of the work.
Tender documents are available during working hours from 0900 to 1500 hours, Monday to Friday, from the office mentioned in the tender notice. Issuance of tender documents will be closed one day earlier than the opening date. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 04-06-2026 at 1000 hours with technical bid opening on 16-06-2026 at 1130 hours. Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure of open competitive bidding will be adopted. Tenders will not be issued or accepted through postal, courier, or telegraphic means.
