Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) headquartered in Turbat is inviting sealed technical and financial quotations from tax-registered and government-registered companies for the procurement of MRI and CT Scan machines during the financial year 2025-2026. This tender, referenced as PIDDQ 458/25, seeks supply and installation of medical imaging equipment at the Turbat location in Balochistan province. All quotations must be submitted without any cutting or alterations, with delivery based in Turbat. Eligible bidders must be tax filers with active FBR tax exemption certificates and valid NTN registrations. Manufacturers or their authorized representatives must submit Chamber of Commerce registration, copies of national identification cards of firm owners, FBR-approved active tax certificates, affidavits disclosing financial status, and authority letters. A certificate of non-blacklisting from any government or private organization is mandatory. Successful contractors must possess security clearance. Bid security of 5 percent of the total quoted amount must be submitted as bank draft or pay order in favor of Frontier Corps Balochistan (South). Performance bank guarantees of 5-10 percent are required before purchase order issuance.
Technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes must reach Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) in Turbat by 10:00 AM on June 8, 2026, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Financial bids will also be opened on the same date. Quoted prices remain valid until June 30, 2026. Tenders received after the stipulated date and time are non-responsive.
